After a career in operational leadership across a range of public sector statutory services, including Public Health and Environmental Services, I joined the MBA in 2022. With a Postgraduate Diploma in Public Health and extensive experience leading multidisciplinary teams, organisational change and service delivery, I bring expertise spanning operational management, strategic planning, governance, stakeholder engagement and organisational development.

At the MBA, my role combines oversight of our expert operational and facilities teams that enable our scientific mission from sea to lab, while also leading our Engagement Department. No two days are the same, from driving organisational effectiveness as a destination for marine biology to promoting our work, engaging our community and inspiring greater understanding of the marine environment. I am passionate about enabling the MBA to deliver excellence both behind the scenes and in the public eye.
