I am a business graduate and have spent my professional career in HR management and consultancy for organisations across the public, private and not for profit sectors. Throughout most of my career, I have worked at Board level, contributing to organisational strategy, identifying key business needs, and delivering effective plans that support both organisational objectives and people development.

I have lived in Devon for may years and have previously been a Trustee/Non executive Director of Devon based charities and not for profit organisations in the fields of visual impairment, mental health, learning disability and visual creative art.

Outside work, my interests include early 20th century art and social history, architecture and design, historic motorsport and classic cars.
