Aquatic Sciences and Fisheries Information System (ASFIS)The NMBL serves as the UK national Aquatic Sciences and Fisheries Abstracts (ASFA) partner on behalf of NERC, preparing indexed abstracts and co-ordinating input from three collaborating centres, CEFAS and FBA for the ASFA bibliographic database published by ProQuest. European Association of Aquatic Sciences Libraries and Information Centres (EURASLIC)EURASLIC exists to provide a European forum for discussion in the aquatic science information field, and to build discussion links between the member institutions. International Association of Marine Sciences Libraries and Information Centres (IAMSLIC)IAMSLIC 's objectives are similar to those of EURASLIC but have a world-wide scope. It also maintains its own discussion list which facilitates communication between members and non-member via e-mail.
